This is to certify that Qiaonan has been found to conform with an appropriate and effective management system that meets the requirements of Social Accountability Management System Standard: SA8000:2014
We have passed the SA8000 certification standard and promised not to use child labor, not to force labor, to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment, and to prevent occupational injuries and diseases. We respect the right of employees to freely associate and allow them to conduct collective bargaining. We do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or political views. We do not physically punish employees, and pay them no less than the statutory minimum wage and on time. We have established an effective management system.
